CTR Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CTR Heaven ("we," "us," or "our") handles information you provide when you use ctrheaven.com or request a free thumbnail audit. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. Specifically, when you submit the "Book a Free Thumbnail Audit" form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your YouTube channel URL
- Your channel size range (selected from a dropdown)
- Any optional message you add
If you email us directly at cj@ctrheaven.com, we also receive whatever information is in that message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors.
2. Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to:
- Prepare and send you the free thumbnail audit you requested;
- Reply to your questions and follow up about our thumbnail and CTR services.
We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional email blasts. We only email you in response to your request and about working together. If you ever want us to stop, just say so (see Section 6).
3. Do we sell or share your data?
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
We only share your information with the service providers we use to actually operate the site and deliver your audit. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — processes your form submission and relays it to our email inbox.
- Namecheap Private Email & Google (Gmail) — where the resulting emails are received, stored, and read by us.
- Netlify — hosts the website and maintains standard server logs.
- Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google when the page loads. No cookies are set by this.
We may also disclose information if required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We don't set cookies to follow you around the web. Because of this, there's no consent banner — there's nothing non-essential to consent to.
The only external requests the site makes are to load fonts (Google Fonts) and, when you submit the form, to send your data through FormSubmit. Both are described in Section 3.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Section 6).
6. Your choices & how to request deletion
You are in control of your information:
- Stop contact: reply to any email from us, or email us, and we'll stop contacting you.
- Access, correct, or delete: email us at cj@ctrheaven.com and we'll update or delete your information from our records.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, just email us at the address above and we'll help.
7. Data location
We operate from the United States, and our service providers (Netlify, Google, FormSubmit) may store and process data on servers located in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed there.
8. Children
This site is intended for business owners and content creators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" at the top. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
