CTR Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ctrheaven.com website and any thumbnail design or click-through-rate ("CTR") services provided by CTR Heaven ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
CTR Heaven designs YouTube thumbnails and provides related packaging and CTR-optimization services for content creators and businesses. Specific work, scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately for each project, either by email or a written quote/agreement.
2. The free thumbnail audit
The free thumbnail audit is provided as a no-obligation service to help you understand your current packaging. Requesting an audit does not create any obligation for you to purchase, or for us to provide, paid services. We reserve the right to decline or limit free audits at our discretion.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific results. Thumbnails and packaging can influence click-through rate, but we cannot and do not promise any particular CTR, number of views, subscriber growth, watch time, revenue, or ranking on YouTube.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, your niche, your audience, your titles, YouTube's recommendation algorithm, and timing. Any figures, examples, projections, or case studies shown on this site (including the CTR calculator and sample results) are illustrative or reflect past outcomes and are not a promise or guarantee of future performance. The CTR calculator is a planning tool based on numbers you enter, not a prediction of your actual results.
4. Payment terms
The website itself does not sell products or process payments. Paid services are quoted and invoiced individually. Payment amounts, schedules, deposits, revision limits, and any refund terms will be set out in your specific project agreement or invoice before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
5. Deliverables and ownership
Unless your project agreement says otherwise:
- Once a project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the delivered thumbnails for your channel and content.
- We may display work we create for you as examples in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any images, footage, logos, or other materials you provide to us do not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, submit false information through the form, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Not affiliated with YouTube
CTR Heaven is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any related entity. "YouTube" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe the platform our services relate to.
8. Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTR Heaven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, views, or data, arising from your use of this site or our services. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
